World Tai Chi and Qigong Day
World Tai Chi and Qigong Day will be held April 29, 2006, the last Saturday in April. This global event will include participants in 60 nations and hundreds of cities. Its purpose is to bring media attention to the potential benefits of tai chi and qigong (chi kung) and to publicize the growing body of medical research that substantiates these benefits.
