Carbs effect on fecundability

Fecundability means the probability of conceiving during a normal menstrual cycle. And that may be influenced by what’s for dinner.

Inquiring minds from Boston University School of Health discovered that women in North America and Denmark who wanted to become pregnant and consumed higher amounts of lower-quality carbohydrates—including added sugars, refined grains and carbs with less fiber—experienced lower fecundability.
