Meet Allyssa Ertz, our Marketing and Sales Coordinator, who makes IDEA look good! Whether she is designing attention-worthy Instagram posts or engaging reels, she helps communicate IDEA Health & Fitness’ messages and keeps our members and the industry informed.

When she’s not designing beautiful posts and crafting exciting messages, Allyssa loves spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite downtime activity is hitting the gym! “I love what lifting weights does for my body and mind. My goal currently is to continue getting stronger physically.”
