Important announcement regarding your IDEA® Membership and Liability Insurance billing!

Back in March of this year, IDEA® began notifying members that we were going to separate your IDEA® Membership and Liability billing and invoicing. Over the last 9 months, we intentionally sent email notifications to our members just before and during their renewal months, to notify you of this change so that you were not surprised or confused. I hope we accomplished that goal.

For those members who still haven’t seen those emails and notifications, here’s a quick summary:

All active IDEA Health & Fitness Association Members who pay their membership and liability insurance policy together through our insurance partner, Lockton Affinity, LLC., will now receive separate invoices upon your next renewal cycle.

Therefore, between March 14, 2024 and March 13, 2025 depending on your policy & membership renewal date, you have or will, receive one membership renewal invoice from IDEA and one insurance policy renewal from Lockton Affinity, LLC. Both renewal processes are quick and easy to process. It is also important to pay your invoices immediately upon receipt so that you do not experience any lapse in membership or insurance services and coverage. 

WHY? This change is in response to our members request to identify and distinguish the membership and insurance charges. Your access to liability insurance will always remain a benefit of your IDEA Membership so it’s important to keep your membership active.

To check your membership subscription and renewal date, login and click “My Account” and navigate to “Subscriptions”.

If you have recently paid or cancelled your membership please disregard this notice.
