Expert Spotlight Speaker Series

IDEA® Health and Fitness Association is hosting globally-renowned industry and health experts speaking on a variety of topics designed to motivate, elevate, and inspire fitness and wellness leaders and enthusiasts in the, “IDEA Expert Spotlight Series” at the 2025 IDEA® World Convention, in Sacramento, California, on July 18-19, 2025.

Free and open to the public with a 2025 IDEA® WORLD Fitness & Nutrition Expo Pass, the distinguished IDEA Spotlight Experts will speak on such diverse topics as: “Secrets to Living a Happy, Healthy Life at any Age” by 99-year-old Fitness Pioneer Elaine LaLanne; to exercise equipment design innovations that specifically address and improve women’s fitness performance; to brain health’s impact on physical wellness; to the exciting “SorSoap” invention that led to Mark Cuban’s investment on “Shark Tank”:

IDEA® Health and Fitness Association is also partnering with the, “Positive Coaching Alliance” (PCA) and the California Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Mental Well-Being, to present a FREE – open to the public – PCA workshop on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Appropriate for professional and amateur coaches; athletic and fitness trainers; physical educators; recreation leaders; volunteers; and parents; the IDEA World PCA workshop will provide fun, interactive professional development, practical tools, and game-changing, coaching skills, that ensure kid athletes are successful – on-and-off the field.
