personally, I would not. I am completely programmed on expecting .com and usually forget even .org or .net. It is possible that your clients remember it but if they tell their friends about you and your website, the friends will probably not.
I like website names that are as short as possible to minimize typos and are easy to remember.
I concur with everyone. There are too many choices out there these days. They even have “.co”. I mean how much extra time does it save to eliminate that last letter “m” that we really grown accustomed to? You’ve got the .net and .biz too. At the end of the day, I think the consensus is to stick with what seems to work. It appears that .com is the consensus
