Cuing High-Intensity Interval Training

The benefits of HIIT are well documented—improved aerobic conditioning, greater post-workout caloric expenditure, better blood lipid profiles, and increased time efficiency. For the client, these workouts come with a high perceived level of exertion, in a short time, for great reward! However, a gap remains between using powerful cuing concepts and coaching with HIIT. The coach’s ability to focus on elements of the movement outcome that create the greatest enjoyment can change the game in terms of the client experience. In this course, you explore cuing concepts that will enhance the enjoyment and safe exertion of the client.
