Fitpost connection issues

Fitpost uses Facebooks API to connect and post to Facebook pages. This API is constantly changing, and can present occasional connection issues.

If you are having trouble connecting your Facebook page to Fitpost, try the following:

Edit Facebook Settings:
Go to your Facebook settings and navigate to either Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. Click on View and edit‘ for the respective app (IDEA Fitpost or Social Poster).

Show Pages You Manage:
In the window that opens, scroll down to the section “Show a list of the Pages you manage”. Put a checkmark next to all of the pages that you wish to have in the list.

Additional settings:

In a window that opens, user can scroll down to the section “Show a list of the Pages you manage”. In this section, they should put a checkmark next to all of the pages that they wish to have in the list.

Please check these settings and let us know if you continue to experience issues.

How do I cancel my IDEA membership?

To cancel your membership, please contact IDEA Inspired Service at 1-800-999-4332 ext. 7 or at inspiredservice@ideafit.com. Please provide your membership information, including your name, membership number and reason for canceling.

NOTE: IDEA membership is set up for annual automatic renewal. You must cancel your membership prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to be an IDEA member or be charged for another year of membership.
