to me, it’s food and my way of eating. I am a typical grazer who tends to eat a little a lot. Since I work from home, this is perfect. When I have to travel, it’s off. I am also a picky vegetarian. Little wonder that I hate to travel and that I am very grateful that I do not have to do it very often.
For me it’s food as well. I like being in control of meal planning and preparation at home (I eat healthier when I prepare it), and on the road that’s not easy. I find that it’s also difficult for my clients, even when planning meals out.
Exercise is not an issue–I enjoy finding new places to workout.
