how do I access my favorites?

I believe you can go to My Library, and then click on “Saved Content”. This should bring up your saved favorite articles, etc…

Favorite what? Are these videos? You can put them in your Queue. Or are they things you saved like in the answer above?

I have had an issue in the past where I had to log out and in again to access a second item from my queue or my saved content. Just in case that is the issue you are experiencing.
