Hello my friend . Yes it is a very good alternative training if you want to try something diferent instead of going to the gym . I would like to mention that you need to have some simple knowledge of weighlifting and gymnastics . At first it may seems difficult but you will find out that is a real challenge .

Nice has many meanings. Crossfit is founded by someone who wants to fill his needs and wants. I suggest you do the same. Please remember to work with professionals who care about your health and safety wherever you choose to train. People need to be careful everywhere including crossfit.
