In this talk, Dr. Bubbs will review the fundamentals of dietary fats and what the body needs to support health. He’ll then review the evidence base for both low-fat and high-fat diets for weight loss and tease out key principles to help you support your clients in achieving their weight-loss goals. He’ll then wrap things up by discussing the role of dietary fats in high performance athletes and key areas to focus on to ensure your athlete performs at the top of their game.
