This 6-week course is designed for fitness and wellness professionals who are ready to transition from employee to entrepreneur. Whether you’re launching a virtual coaching practice or opening a boutique studio, you’ll gain essential knowledge about the legal, ethical, and business fundamentals necessary for operating a compliant, sustainable, and profitable wellness business. Using real-world examples, legal templates, and the Wellness Law Method, this course demystifies the critical issues wellness solopreneurs face and equips you with tools to protect your practice and grow with confidence.

Learning Objectives:

Examine and apply legal principles that distinguish compliant wellness practices from the unlicensed practice of medicine, psychology, or dietetics.
