As mental health challenges rise, the role of fitness professionals in supporting emotional well-being through exercise has become more critical. This session equips attendees with evidence-based tools to address mental health concerns via thoughtfully designed exercise programs. Participants will explore barriers to exercise for individuals with chronic psychological disorders, learn practical assessment strategies, and gain actionable insights into creating effective programs that foster mental and emotional well-being.
