Join us in celebrating key initiatives such as the Emerging Recreational Sports Leaders Conference, the HBCU Summit, the Founders Scholarship, and the Juliette Moore Distinguished Leadership Award. With roots dating back to 1992 and officially part of the NIRSA Conference program since 2010, this networking social has become a meaningful gathering for many. The LGBTQ & Allies Social celebrates and supports the involvement of LGBTQ individuals and allies within NIRSA. During the event, we’ll recognize the recipients of the Fredrick R. Braden Scholarship for Social Justice and come together to champion inclusion and diversity across campus recreation. All NIRSA + IDEA® World attendees and exhibitors are welcome to attend.
