Ryan Dunlap
With more than 20 years of combined law enforcement, ministry, and executive leadership experience, Ryan Dunlap is an internationally recognized conflict management coach and educator.
He is a Certified Leadership Coach as well as the founder and Chief Conflict Officer at Conflictish, a conflict strategy firm dedicated to helping leaders improve how they lead themselves and others through conflict. He is the creator of The Real Tact Model®, a custom framework for developing conflict competency that has been shared with leaders from organizations such as McDonald’s, Citi, Verizon, Chic-fil-A, Lodge Cast Iron, and Yale’s prestigious Berkeley Seminary.
Ryan is a former SVU Detective, SWAT Hostage Negotiator, and Crisis Intervention Officer who has facilitated hundreds of high-stakes interviews, interrogations, and negotiations. As a Certified DCJS Instructor and Field Training Officer, Ryan has developed and facilitated training and development programs for hundreds of law enforcement personnel.

Dr. Jan Schroeder
Dr. Jan Schroeder is a Professor of Kinesiology at California State University, Long Beach and a leader in fitness education and community-centered learning. With more than two decades of experience bridging academia and the fitness industry, her work focuses on building meaningful, inclusive communities in classrooms, gyms, and professional spaces. As the founder of Garage Girls Fitness and a long-time program developer in higher education, Dr. Schroeder brings research, real-world experience, and practical strategies to her presentations, inspiring educators and fitness professionals to create environments where people connect, thrive, and grow together.

Dr. Karlie Intlekofer
Dr. Karlie Intlekofer is a neuroscientist who studies how exercise supports brain health, cognitive function, and wellbeing.
Her work focuses on how movement influences emotional regulation and long-term brain health. Her research and teaching background stem from work at Colorado State University, UMass Amherst, UC Irvine, and the University of Vermont.
Dr. Karlie currently serves as a Research Scientist at Matrix Fitness. She highlights the current research and real-world experience in personal training to help fitness professionals translate science into action.
Ultimately, her work centers on making movement more accessible, enjoyable, and consistent so it can become a reliable source of energy and confidence across the lifespan.
