Nick Clayton has spent over 20 years working in personal training, strength and conditioning, and fitness education. He owns NJC Fitness Solutions, providing online coaching to help people move better while reducing injury risk. Previously, he was chief operating officer for the pain-free performance specialist certification. He ran the personal training program at NSCA, where he helped to educate more than 20,000 fitness professionals across the world. As director of performance at TMI Sports Medicine, Clayton trained professional MLB players to bridge the gap from rehab to performance. He has a master’s degree in exercise science and an MBA from the University of Florida. When not working, he is most likely hiking, mountain biking or playing with his two dogs.
