What questions do you, or would you, consider when planning a strength training program for a group of high school athletes that have no access to a weightroom?

I am going to be helping a local high school with developing and implementing a strength training program for the summer (fingers crossed). A challenge we have is the weightroom will be closed due to construction. I am already in communication with others about the space we will have available to use, the equipment we will have access to, along with other details such as the amount of time they will have to complete each session. Is there anything else that should be considered during this planning phase?
