My question is how to grow height at the age of 23 years
My thought would be that height is mainly genetically predetermined w malnutrition aside.

Hello Smruti Mittal,
Karin gives you great advice, adding to my lifestyle approach idea: work on your posture for the appearance of being taller, not to mention, proper posture does make you taller. You can also try doing decompression exercise for the spine which will help.
Thank you,

Hello Smruti,
in all likelihood, your current height is the one you will have even though there have been anecdotal reports of men still adding some height until the age of 25.
What you can do, however, is making sure that you move with excellent posture and avoid giving the appearance of being shorter by slouching, letting your head hang down or other habits. Particularly watch yourself when you use electronic devices. Looking down on those for hours on end can create poor posture.
And while I understand that you may be self-conscious about your height, remember that people will value you for who you are as a person. If there is anybody who judges you by the height of your body, that person is not worth knowing.
I wish you well.

Hello Smruti Mittal,
At the age of 23 you should be done growing. You won’t be able to grow taller; but, you have many options to look taller. You can find different ways to dress that will make you appear taller and follow the healthiest lifestyle possible to look your best at all times for a glowing personality that overshadows height.
Many people are under five feet tall. I also suggest concentrating on accepting the height and know that there is only one you. We all dislike something about ourselves. Try to find what you like about yourself.
Thank you,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
