What is the question? I am also interested in mean plans and how to make clients stick to the plan. I think what makes it hard, if trying to loose weight, is all the snacking in between meals. All the little extra things add a lot of calories – bananas, grapes, popcorn, bars. They are healthy, however when trying to stick to 1500 – 1800 caloric intake, it becomes hard with all the snacking.
I didn’t quite see the question either. Meal plans are very important in a program and I’m lost for clients results.
