Setting the intention on going to bed that you will have a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed and feeling wonderful.
All of the other responses are great advice. Whether it’s coffee or hot green tea with mint and a bit of honey (one of my favorites), having something to look forward to after your first steps out of bed is a solid start to a dynamite day.
