From the Ground Up Glute Strength

Join Human Movement Specialist and Founder of EBFA Global, Dr Emily Splichal as she explores the connection between the feet, core and glutes. Explore how to increase glute strength through foot to core sequencing and co-activation muscle patterns, as well as learn simple from the ground up exercises for all clients.

- Understand the basic movements of the rearfoot including subtalar joint eversion and inversion
- Describe the coupled motions between the feet, lower leg and pelvis
- Eplain how the intrinsic foot muscles connect to the intrinsic core muscles
- Demonstrate foot to core cueing to increase glute strength in clients
