Training from the Ground Up: Improving Lower-Body Kinetic Chain Function for Knee and Hip Pain
What percentage of your clients have aches, pains or diagnosed injuries? This course will dig into the anatomy and biomechanics of the lower-body kinetic chain and offer insight as to how to apply and progress lower-extremity exercises to decrease hip and knee pain and effectively meet the needs and goals of clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.
