Whether you have never tried to handstand but have always wanted to, or you have a freestanding handstand you would like to improve upon, come learn the exercises that will take you to the next level. From the three core locomotion patterns to mobility moves and basic body-weight skills, this workshop will break down the fundamentals of handstanding as well as offer insight into how to best train the body by working on strength, flexibility and motor control.
