After the Injury: Functional Training Periodization

Come learn how to do just that for all rehabbed fitness levels (after medical clearance) by creating periodized workouts and using some staple and common accessories. We will review a few common-case scenarios and you will learn how to make your clients masters of movements every step along the way with simple progressive programs. Week by week, they will anticipate stepping into new movement opportunities with a great mental attitude to develop and garner the mobility and strength they never thought would be possible again!
