Nia Moving to Heal is for anyone seeking a gentler approach to fitness that facilitates self-healing of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. In Moving to Heal, self-healing is defined as partaking in a process that results in your client saying “I feel better”. This methodology empowers students to personalize their movement—to optimize their comfort, health, and well-being. With practice, students develop sensory IQ and body literacy, increase flexibility, mobility, stability, and strength, and reduce stress. Moving to Heal serves populations who may not find traditional fitness classes accessible, so they can help heal themselves with the medicine of movement.
