Get ready to step out of your comfort zone and into the Nia® Experience. Nia blends ancient wisdom, modern science, inspiring music, and the power of intention to create an immersive whole-being experience that will energize your body, clear your mind, release your emotions, and restore your spirit. In 45 minutes, you’ll move through a complete 7-cycle Nia class that combines the joy of dance, the precision of martial arts, the mindfulness of yoga and meditation, and the science of effective conditioning to create a powerful and unique fitness experience accessible to anybody. Nia is completely non-impact, is practiced while barefoot, and has been improving lives in over 45 countries around the world for nearly 40 years.
