Yoga is a practice that everyone can benefit from, yet it can seem daunting and inaccessible to many. Complicated poses, flows and language choices can become a big roadblock in creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and successful. This 4-hour workshop will review different teaching themes and concepts with practice demonstrations. We’ll go deep into common verbal concepts and how you can tweak and simplify your cues to help your students and clients gain greater clarity and success with their practice. You’ll learn and experience class design formats for every ability level and how to seamlessly integrate modifications on the fly so that everyone leaves your classes feeling appropriately challenged and better connected to their practice.

Non-teachers are also welcome and invited to join this workshop and deepen the student lens to bring home to their place of practice.
