Creating an inclusive, well-rounded group fitness class or training program takes a lot of work! In this session, we’ll address how you can add the necessary elements of functional fitness into every program you deliver. Featuring the push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge and rotation, you’ll learn how to create movement experiences for all people and sequence exercises that safely progress your clients or students.
