337 Balanced Body® Anatomy in Three Dimensions: The Hip

Use the Anatomy in Three Dimensions™ system to deepen your understanding of the hip and thigh muscles and how they create stability, mobility, strength and power in the lower body. Together, we’ll review the bony landmarks of the pelvis, hip joint and femur and build all the muscles in the area with the Balanced Body® skeleton model and clay. You’ll come away with a clear three-dimensional view of the relationships in this area and how they work together to create functional movement.
