Adaptations to resistance training, such as hypertrophy and strength, positively affect health, fitness and performance. Yet, most people in the world do not participate in resistance training programs for reasons that include a lack of enjoyment and time. This informative session will provide new ways to counteract these barriers and convert more people to strength training enthusiasts. You’ll learn the science behind several short-duration training programs and their impact on strength and hypertrophy.
