331 Body Prep for Power, Strength and Heavy Lifts

The most important part of an advanced or heavy lifting session happens before you ever touch a barbell or dumbbell. This class will cover common assessments and bodywork to prepare your body to handle workout stressors, avoid injury and perform optimally. Participants will learn to demonstrate and perform corrective and mobility strategies, dynamic warm-ups, activation exercises and light-load skill/technique movements.
