310 Foundations of Kettlebell Training (Part 2): Power Up

Kettlebells are useful for all types of training, from rehabilitation to body composition change to physical performance. Unfortunately, for many, they can seem intimidating and hard to use. In this session we will explore the power-based kettlebell movements, swing, clean and snatch. You’ll leave with the confidence to use kettlebells safely and the ability to effectively coach these movements and incorporate them into client programs.
