Convention Facilities
Sessions will be held at both the Sofitel Hotel and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The facilities are connected via Sky Bridge and/or pedestrian crosswalk. Registration and Expo Hall will be in the Donald E Stephens Convention Center Hall B.

Day parking can be done at the Rosemont Convention Center for $11.00 per day (cash only) or valet parking at the front of the hotel for $20.00 per day (8:00am-6:00pm). Overnight parking is $24.00 per day.

Hotel Reservations
Reservations received after the cutoff dates will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability. A reservation fee of one night’s room revenue is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 4:00pm CST on the guest’s arrival date.

Free Airport Shuttle
A free shuttle to the Sofitel Hotel and Doubletree Hotel from O’Hare International is available at the O’Hare Airport Transportation Center. Follow the signs from baggage claim to the Transportation Center. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.
