Whether participants are live in-person or online, they rely on your verbal, visual and kinesthetic cues so they can execute and experience exercise more effectively and enjoy your class even more. In this workshop we’ll discuss how to cue a mix of ‘Learner Types’ in your classes, using a combination of these 3 distinct cueing styles, so your participants feel successful! Even more important is to master the ‘art of cuing’ so your communication is succinct and clear. Think of this session as your personal master class to help you get clean with your cueing and banish cueing habits which may be sabotaging your participants’ experience of you. We’ll teach you how you can champion your cuing prowess and master cuing with our Cue then Do Direct Methodology. When you leave, you’ll have a whole new perspective about how and why cueing matters.
