High-intensity functional training (HIFT) is a unique exercise training program that emphasizes functional, multi-joint movements that can be modified for all fitness levels. With time as the biggest barrier to exercise, HIFT can address your skeletal muscle and cardiorespiratory fitness goals all in one workout. In this hands-on session, you will experience a mash-up of three (3) HIFT workouts that require minimal to no equipment and give you the most bang for your time. You will learn proper technique and strategies for implementing safe and effective HIFT workouts.
