Hotel Reservations
Reservations received after the cut-off date of Friday February 9, 2024, will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability. A cancellation fee of one night’s room revenue will be charged by the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation at least 72 hours prior to the guest’s arrival date.

- Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is located roughly 12 miles from the host hotel. Estimated ride share cost is $35. Estimated rail fare is $3.
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is located roughly 20 miles from the host hotel. Estimated ride share cost is $65. Estimated rail fare is $5.
Parking Information
There is a special reduced rate for Health & Fitness Summit attendees of $35* per day (self-parking) or $82* per day (valet parking). This rate applies to overnight or daily guests parking at the hotel.

Attendees that are NOT staying at the hotel:
When entering the parking structure pull a ticket and park your vehicle. After entering the hotel, go to the IDEA & ACSM Health & Fitness Summit registration desk and request a parking sticker. The sticker will be placed on your parking ticket. When exiting the parking garage, pay at the pay station. The stickered discount will reduce your parking costs by 50%.
No in/our privileges so you will need to pay for parking each time you enter the parking structure.
Attendees with a hotel reservation:
When entering the parking structure pull a ticket and park your vehicle. After entering the hotel, go to the Hilton Chicago check-in counter and hand your parking ticket to the guest service agent checking you in. Based on your hotel reservation a sticker will be placed on your parking ticket. When exiting the parking garage, pay at the pay station. The stickered discount will reduce your parking costs by 50%.
You will be able to enter/exit the parking structure multiple times each day for the same daily rate.
