Just as there is no one-size-fits-all fitness plan or perfect exercise, there is no single, perfect nutrition plan. But there is a better one. The “better, not perfect, plan” will equip your clients with the skills to recognize their better, not perfect, choices, and to do this more often so they get and maintain better results. In this course, you will learn the core components of this four-step plan, which includes: ASSESS where clients are and meet them there; KEEP doing what is working; ACT better, more often; and IMPLEMENT the plan.
