A dynamic functional warm-up is the ideal method to get your clients prepped and ready for training and physical activity. With that said, the optimal warm-up goes beyond just doing total-body mobility and movement drills, and should follow a structured, systematic and progressive format to ensure your clients and athletes are ready for peak performance. In this session, you’ll learn how to design the optimal dynamic functional warm-up, what components should be included, and in what sequence they should be performed to reduce the risk of injury and maximize performance. Participants will also experience a complete warm-up example from start-to-finish.
