Functional Flexibility for the Active Aging
As clients age, flexibility decreases. In this session, you will walk away with specific scientific techniques to train the active-aging client who does not want to slow down due to pain and injuries. Experience how the planes of motion and gravity influence the choices of exercises that are specific to improving stability and mobility, leading to a functional active body. You will be able to assess and address individuals’ lack of flexibility, and how to coach and correct them. This is a session not to miss if you train the active aging population!
