Exercise Testing for Athletes and Nonathletes

Assessment is a key component of any effective training program. In this session, you will explore various fitness tests—using little to no equipment—for strength, endurance, power, agility, aerobic/anaerobic capacity, speed, balance and flexibility. These tests can then be used with athletes to quantify their preseason improvements, or for nonathletes to monitor their progress and propel them toward specific goals.
