is one of my favorite websites and IDEA Fitness Journal is, hands down, my favorite magazine!

Before I was a blogger, I frequented the IDEA website often as an ACE-certified group fitness instructor. I [completed] an IDEA FitnessConnect profile, watched webinars, read articles and read the magazine every month. I have blogged about IDEA Fitness Journal on quite a few occasions. Seriously, this company rocks!

IDEA recently introduced FitFeed, which displays the top-trending health and fitness headlines from around the Web. The IDEA website also offers a huge video library of exercises and—among so many other cool programs—has a team of bloggers that I am now so honored to join! The outstanding IDEA Inspired Bloggers are dedicated to Inspire the World to Fitness®.

Love, love, love the print issue supplement of IDEA Food and Nutrition Tips. Well done! I would like our 60 personal training students to obtain a copy of this issue as part of our Nutrition for Fitness Professionals class. I also plan to write a brief article on key points from this issue for my Training the Trainer blog. Thanks again!

In the October 2013 Senior Fitness Column, we inadvertently transposed the “correct” and “incorrect” labels for the finger stretch photos depicted on page 26. They should have appeared as shown here. We regret the error.
