Developing a Personal Philosophy

The Random House Dictionary defines the term philosophy as “a rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge or conduct.” Most of us associate the word with scholars, college requirements or attempts at deciphering wordy dissertations on human nature, morality, love and death. Recently, however, the concept of philosophy has begun to take on new meaning in relation to career success and personal growth.
