Hannah and Cody's Success Story

A 12 week program that changed their life forever. I designed a program geered for fat loss and muscle gain through proper training and nutrient timing. This couple survuved a long time of hard work and lost a combined total of almost 60 lbs. and a whopping combined total of 25% fat loss, and almost 75 inches. They were so estatic about their progress that they decided to enter training for life again to optimize their physique. Congratulations Hannah and Cody.
