If you’ve ever been curious about doing handstands, wanted to know how to start or even thought, “I could never do a handstand,” this session is for you! We’ll go through the foundational exercises needed to help get you upside down safely and confidently. Strength work and mobility exercises are included. You’ll also learn tips and techniques to safely coach your clients to get inverted. Training handstands can be fun and empowering at any level. Come see what all the hype is about! No prior experience necessary.
