Time is a limiting factor for exercise. Give members what they want: quick and effective workouts in minimal time. This session will share several strategies for breaking workouts down into smaller, effective chunks. Designed to inspire intensity, effort and sweat, each customized workout offers 3- to 5-minute blocks consisting of option-based exercises that include partner/pacer, individual and team challenges, as well as coaching cues and best practices. These workouts offer trainers hard-core, turn-key fitness experiences that participants will use to improve performance so they can reach their ultimate training goals using a team approach.
