There’s more to successful resistance training programs than lifting dumbbells and doing push-ups. This session will provide a background on research-based best practices to consider when planning strength-training programs for apparently healthy adults. Videos will be provided demonstrating common movement patterns to ensure proper form, as well as practical modifications and progressions for each movement.
