Getting upside down is a great way to shift your perspective on things and face fear. We will utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to gain access to inverted movements such as headstands, handstands and forearm balances, and if time allows, some arm balances as well. We will begin workshopping on the straps and move to full expression off the straps.
