Add rings, rollers, bands, and balls to your Pilates mat work to develop enticing challenges, new modifications, and exciting sequences for application in your classes, with your clients, and in home programs. Using the Balanced Body® movement principles, you’ll make well-balanced classes that take Pilates beyond the mat. Functional exercises you can use encompass standing work, upper-body strength and balance, and dynamic lower-body exercises. You will take away an expanded view of Pilates that you can put to work to improve your client’s strength, flexibility, and daily activities.
