Learn from the innovators of the barre fitness movement and see the evolution of barre thigh and glute variations without props (except the barre). You will discover how to incorporate a variety of new moves and ideas for the thigh and glute strengthening sections of your barre class, including exercise setup cues, progressions, injury and pregnancy modifications, use of music, and teaching pedagogy with a strong emphasis on teaching “in the moment” rather than just memorizing a script of choreography.
